Wooden Barn and Shed to be Removed
Details: Barn and Shed structure sold for salvage, reuse or recycling. The barn sits on a masonry field stone foundation. The foundation can remain upon removal of the barn. The barn structure consists of 2 floors and is approximately 126 feet long by 36 feet wide. The adjacent shed is 43 feet long and 25 feet wide. All wood from both buildings must be removed in their entirety. All stored contents inside the barn must be removed or disposed of by the Buyer. It is the Buyer’s option on whether they would like to remove/salvage the additional garage and smaller sheds on the property. The School District of Waukesha will provide dumpsters for disposal of the roofing materials and items being stored that the Buyer does not want. Recycling dumpsters will be provided for recyclable metal. Buyer must compact items in the dumpster to maximize dumpster efficiency. Metal desks must be separated so the metal can be recycled. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that it will be purchasing the structures only solely upon its inspection and investigations of the structures AS IS and with all faults based upon the condition of the buildings.
